‘CORRECT’ School of European Languages is currently looking for teachers of English - native speakers and teachers of Spanish – native speakers, preferably holders of EU passports to teach in LODZ, POLAND. We are a successful language school in LODZ, Poland’s second largest city (around 1 million inhabitants), situated right in the middle of the country and in the middle of the city at its main PIOTRKOWSKA street.
The workload includes teaching classes that are small and have about 4-6 students, and are co-taught by a native speaker and a Polish teacher. Polish teacher is responsible for teaching grammar while Native Speaker works on students’ speaking skills, teaching mainly conversational language and vocabulary. Each course is accompanied by a course book chosen on the basis of the programme of a given level. Polish and Native teachers rely on the same course book but with different responsibilities; the first takes good care of grammar, writing and phonetics while the latter concentrates mainly on reading, listening and speaking skills. Generally the majority of the groups meet twice a week for 90 minutes, which means that with each teacher they spend an hour and a half a week.
Regular classes take place in the afternoon (3.30-8.30), Saturday classes in the morning and early afternoon (9 a.m.- 3p.m.). Each group has two meetings a week, each teachers meets them once a week.
We also provide language services for companies where we usually teach in the mornings 07:00 – 11:00 a.m. or early afternoons. The teaching here involves both group and individual lessons.
The school’s main office is situated downtown, on the main street of the city Piotrkowska.
